There will be an Introductory program for children ages 6-10 and an Instructional program for children 11-14. The Wilmington Tennis Ladder is now accepting applications for it's 22nd Season. The first day of play is August 1st. This year, we have a new website where you can fill out an application online, pay by using paypal and contact players or ladder captains by email. You can also participate by sending a check to our mailing address. The ladders will be constantly updated and posted on the website. Join us for a fun 2010-2011 Season!

It's almost time for combo league play. This year we will have a Super Senior Combo League as well as the Adult and Senior levels. Combo tennis pairs players from adjacent skill levels. For example, a 3.0 can play with a 3.5 on a 6.5 team.
2010 Adult/Senior BMW Combo League Tennis Information:
Registration opens: 6-28-10
Roster due with at least 6 players (14 players max on team) registered: 7-19-10
Last date to add players to team: 8-23-10
Season begins: 8-09-10
Season ends: 10-23-10
State Championships in: Nov 11-14th in Winston-Salem
2010 Super Senior Combo League (60 yrs and older)
Registration opens: 6-04-10
Roster due with at least 6 players (14 players max on team) registered: 6-21-10
Last date to add players to team: 6-14-10**
Season begins: 7-05-10
Seaspm ends: 8-06-10
State Championships: Aug 20-22 in Asheville

USTA Membership
Many of our USTA sanctioned leagues require USTA membership to participate. You can join the USTA via their web site. You can also renew your USTA membership over the phone with FAX confirmation by calling 1-800-990-USTA. Don't wait till the last moment! All memberships must be current through the end of league play.

| On Saturday, September 11th, 2010 we are planning a grand opening celebration for the new tennis center. The celebration will include:
A Tennis Carnival for children, 10 am to 12 noon
A QuickStart Tennis Tournament for children, 8 am to 12 noon
A Junior Team Tennis Tournament, 8 am to 12 noon
A World Team Tennis Tournament, 8 am to 8 pm
